Keep an eye out in your email for information on upcoming Orientation Dates. Typically held once a week at our office on Westmoreland. MUST BE COMPLETELY ONBOARDED TO ATTEND ORIENTATION!

This shirt is for KIA Guest Services positions. All other roles will be given a shirt at clock-in.

Typical Check-in Process:

Arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to clock-in time.

Go through security and bag check. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST HAVE A CLEAR BAG.

Check in with red ABI machine (use city ABI card or type in the last 6 digits of your social security number if you have not been issued one yet.) See video below for instruction.

You should be checking in to every city venue you work in.

Walk to break area (unless ADA requires elevator, use stairs to go upstairs.)

Clock in with Andy Frain issued ID at check-in window/table or have your employee number ready to have an Admin put in manually.

Get appropriate security or guest services wardrobe and put it on.

Pick up a one-sheeter.

Store non-essential items in locker if needed (bring your own small lock.)

Double-check your appearance and ensure you are neat, clean and presentable. Shirts should be tucked in, ties straight, collars down, sleeves rolled down, etc.

Walk to pre-meeting or gathering area for briefing prior to taking position.
